Whipped Feta Dip
Served with pita chips or crackers, this tangy dip makes a great starter or party appetizer. Here we add parsley, silk chile flakes and pine nuts as garnish, but feel free to put your own spin on it—fried garlic, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes or crushed dried oregano would be great here, too. Just don't skip finishing it all off with a big glug of your favorite extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients
1 cup feta, drained of any liquid
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 pinch of salt
Sprinkle Burlap & Barrel Silk Chili
Torn parsley, for granish
Toasted pine nuts, for garnish
Extra virgin olive oil, like Market Hall Foods Tuscan Blend, for finishing
Instructions
In a food processor or with an immersion blender, puree feta, Greek yogurt and salt until smooth. Depending on the saltiness of the feta, you may need to add more salt. Garnish with parsley, silk chili, toasted pinenuts, and a healthy glug of extra virgin olive oil.
