Returns and Exchanges
Help—my item arrived broken or damaged.
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away at email@example.com and include a photograph of the damaged contents and the packaging.
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged non-perishable products within 30 days of ordering. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
