Truffled Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are festive, fun, nutritious and delicious—and never more so than when they're heaped with truffles. Set out a tray of Truffled Deviled Eggs next to a bottle of bubbly and watch them disappear.

Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon KL Keller Black Truffle Mustard

KL Keller Black Truffle Salt

Ground black pepper

Black truffle, shaved

Chives, chopped


Instructions

Halve the eggs lengthwise and carefully scoop the yolks into a small bowl.

Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise and Black Truffle Mustard. Stir to blend well. Season to taste with Black Truffle Salt and black pepper.

Carefully spoon or pipe the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites and arrange the deviled eggs on a platter. Top with shaved black truffles and chives to garnish.
