Here's to a devilishly good year!

Versatile, easy to make and even easier to devour, deviled eggs are perfect party food. For your New Year's party pleasure, we therefore present five ways to welcome 2015 with deviled eggs. Choose one or go ahead and make all five, just for the devil of it.
Double Deviled Eggs
A double dose of the fruity Basque pepper Piment d'Espelette (in a lovely mustard and as the garnish) makes these appetizers wickedly good. Bonus: It's easy to double or triple the recipe to serve a celebratory crowd. View our recipe.
Bling In the New Year
What is New Year's Eve if not an excuse to go all out? Give your deviled eggs the luxe treatment by topping each one with a sprinkle of caviar and an edible gold flake accent. If you're not so big on fish eggs, try Acetaia Leonardi's Balsamic Pearls.
Lucky Devils
In many countries, it's customary to eat cooked greens or pork at New Year's, as both foods are symbols of wealth and abundance. Double your chances for a prosperous 2015 by making Spinach Deviled Eggs with Crispy Prosciutto. (Bacon or pancetta would be just as delicious and auspicious.)
Truffle Kiss
Count down to midnight with bites of sensuous deviled egg infused with truffles. Mix some black truffle mustard into the yolks and top each egg with a kiss of truffle salt and shaved fresh black truffle.
Spice to Know Ya, 2014!
A spoonful of Gochujang Korean Chile Paste added to your deviled egg filling will ensure that you end the year on a hot note (with a touch of sweetness, to boot). Finish the eggs with a sprinkle of garlic panko "confetti" and then toast to a delicious 2015.
