Fresh Catch: NEW Mediterranean Dorade in Water from IASA
Introducing NEW Mediterranean Dorade in Water from IASA, one of our favorite Italian fish producers (you might have had their anchovies and sofi™ Award-winning grilled branzino).
Dorade—known by many names: orata in Italy, daurade in France and sea bream in the United States—is a white fish treasured for its tender, flaky texture and mild, clean flavor of the sea.
To produce this delicacy, the folks at IASA start with sustainably-farmed dorade. The fish is gently steamed, and then hand-packed in tins with water, salt and a touch of lemon.
