COOP’s MicroCreamery Original Hot Fudge
For the hot fudge you’ve been yearning for, look no further than COOP’s. After years of travel, research and experimentation to perfect the recipe, this hot fudge tastes and melts just right. Hand-made in small batches, using local kosher dairy and the best European chocolate, the quality that goes into each jar will make for an unforgettable hot fudge experience. On each jar, find the initials of the person who made that particular batch—it's just one detail COOP's uses to bridge the relationship between producer and consumer.
Boston-based electrical engineer and hospital administrator, Marc “Coop” Cooper, decided to mix things up and go into the ice cream business. After learning how to make high quality premium ice cream, he went on to own and operate two ice cream shops. The success of the shops enabled him to make those same premium frozen desserts for restaurants, caterers and other ice cream shops for 25 years.
To keep the staff busy during the off-season, Marc fine-tuned his hot fudge recipe. COOP’s MicroCreamery was born in 2009, consisting of his own handmade ice cream and products. COOP’s Original and Vegan Hot Fudges, Salted Caramel Sauce and Cocoa Felice have since joined the COOP's family.
