Made in small batches, using locally sourced, all-natural ingredients, you can’t go wrong with this salted caramel sauce.

About the Producer:
Once upon a time, Boston-based Marc “Coop” Cooper was an engineer and hospital administrator before deciding to mix things up and go into the ice cream business. The rest as they say is history and in 2009 COOP’s MicroCreamery was born. First focusing exclusively on handmade ice cream, he soon turned his attention to fine tune his hot-fudge sauce in order to keep his staff and self during off-season. That one recipe expanded into four more flavors which has led to international press, prestigious food awards and the ability for him to partner with Project Place: a Boston non-profit that offers job training for disadvantaged women.
Fun fact: Made from scratch in small batches: on every jar you'll find the initials of the person who made it.
