This Paella rice is slightly longer than the classic Bomba, making for a less starchy and fluffier finished product. This rice is great in paella, but it also cooks up wonderfully for a variety of other dishes.

Paella Rice Par Excellance!

I am a novice paella maker, but one who is adventuresome and willing to take a chance...saw and ordered this rice, followed a recipe in a Spanish foods cookbook, and zow!! Wow...did I impress my friends and family with a sensational paella (chicken, shrimp and mussels)! This wonderful rice was the key to the whole thing! I would highly recommend it for its texture and flavor AND ease of use! My mouth waters just thinking of making another paella with Matiz Valenciano rice!

No fail paella rice for first time user!

I had never made a paella before...but with the help of this rice, my dish was a success...this rice is wonderful...flavorful but without distracting from the flavor of the seafood and meats...
