Bluebird Grain Farms' Old World Cereal is a blend of cracked Washington heritage rye, cracked emmer farro and whole brown flaxseed. It's nutty, rustic and comes together in a snap—about 12-15 minutes on the stovetop.

Husband-and-wife team Sam and Brooke Lucy founded Bluebird Grain Farms in the Methow Valley of Washington state.
