Vanilla & Fruit-Scented Rooibos Tea in Collector's Tin

This brightly-hued tin from famous Parisian tea house Mariage Frères—decorated with gold line drawings of the Eiffel Tower, birds and hearts—is the perfect gift for any French tea lover.

Tea type: Red/Rooibos (Decaf)

Flavor: Caffeine-free red tea with fragrant aromas of bourbon vanilla, hibiscus and notes of red fruit and citrus.

Drink this with: Enjoy with a plate of butter cookies.

Cooking with tea: Infuse cream with Midnight in Paris tea and use it as a base for classic vanilla bean ice cream flavored with Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla from LAFAZA.

Words from Mariage Frères: "Paris is a feast of flavors and this seductive red tea is a perfect adaptation. As a nod to French gourmandize, the red and gold canister is adorned with a fine tricolor trim.

In the cup, notes of vanilla mingle with deliciously tangy, fruity accents while hibiscus flowers lend the liquor a captivating fragrance as well as a passionate red hue.

"A tea as thrilling as a fabulous Parisian soirée."

Midnight in Paris Tea is Lovely

I received this beautiful tin of tea, with a selection of other teas for my birthday, and I am now a Rooibos convert because of the subtle, flavorful, smooth and fragrant tea. I drink this as one of my afternoon or early evening teas and I feel special whenever I make it. The dried tea is beautiful with small flecks of flowers, as well as some small, whole, flowers. Impressed!

My new favorite

As a fan of Marco Polo tea, I tried this one. The fragrance is enticing combination of fruit and flowers and it tastes wonderful. I highly recommend it. It sent me to the Mariage Freres site to see all the other red teas they have. I only wish Market Hall would import more of them! They look to be wonderful.
