This is our first time ever eating this pasta and it will now be a staple in our pantry. It will be used in place of penne. Also is wonderful in a tuna noodle casserole as well as pesto and other simple sauces we make. We love this
There is much to like about this pasta: it has a fresh, almost corn-like taste, it's easily digested, and holds up well when reheated as leftovers.
It's not toothsome enough for me to warrant the price.
