Tân Tân Vegan Fish Sauce

Tân Tân’s Vegan Fish Sauce packs the sweet, salty, savory punch we love about fish sauce, without the fish. Instead of fermented anchovies, Tân Tân uses a combination of vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, soybeans and chili flakes to make this foundational sauce that provides a welcome boost of flavor to everything it touches. Tân Tân, which means “new beginnings,” is a family-run business born out of Tân Tân Café & Delicatessen in Beaverton, Oregon. In 2017, Lisa Tran launched the wholesale sauce brand, based on the beloved recipes served at her family's Vietnamese restaurant for more than 20 years.
