The Pasta Shop stuffs their classic ravioli with everything you want to eat this season: A mix of baby greens and delicate herbs including tatsoi, red chard, dino kale, dill, tarragon and parsley, all held together with creamy ricotta cheese. We love to toss this springy ravioli with a grassy extra virgin olive oil and sautéed asparagus spears.

Made daily in our Oakland kitchen, the Pasta Shop's fresh pasta uses local ingredients and time-tested recipes to honor the Italian food values of freshness and simplicity.
