Although based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Creminelli Fine Meats has its roots in Italy. For generations, the Creminelli family has been making artisanal-style salumi near the city of Biella, in the Piedmont region. The location may have changed, but the ethos remains the same. Creminelli only partners with trusted farmers and makes everything in small batches to ensure the best quality and flavor.
