One of our favorite products, Bourbon Barrel Bluegrass Soy Sauce is bursting with complex sweet, yet smoky, umami flavors. A mash made from five simple ingredients; limestone filtered Kentucky spring water, Kentucky-grown non-GMO soybeans, wheat, sea salt and yeast, is aged in small batches in repurposed bourbon barrels (By law bourbon barrels may only be used once to produce authentic bourbon). It's smoky and brothy with hints of oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
