Market Hall Bakery's Most Popular Cookie

Sinking your teeth into these chewy, sumptuous cookies is an experience like no other. Traditionally prepared at Christmas time in Siena, Ricciarelli date back to the days of the Renaissance. Market Hall Bakery's pastry chefs create these little jewels every morning. Made simply with natural almond paste (gluten free), these sweet treats make a sublime ending to a meal with a glass of Vin Santo or a steaming cup of espresso.

You'll receive one dozen freshly-baked Ricciarelli with each order. Our extensive testing (or tasting!) reveals that these cookies are best eaten within about 10 days.

Please note: Freshly baked Ricciarellis are made-to-order. Because of this, your order will take one additional business day to process before shipment.

Ingredients: almond paste, egg whites, sugar,  baking powder, almond extract, salt

As seen in the New York Times.

Worth the wait!

Best Almond cookies - chewy, moist, dense and delicate. Worth the shipping hassle. I give as gifts, never a disappointment. Don’t let the rustic look fool you, these cookies serve beautifully with a tea.
Plus the added bonus of gluten free !!!!
