You can totally taste the difference in this pasta. Glad I found a place to purchase it.
Orecchiette Pasta from Rustichella d'Abruzzo
Orecchiette "little ears" are shaped like little cups and hold onto sauce beautifully and are nice amd chewy. Also great for this cold dish...flaked cooked fresh salmon, sour cream, blanched frozen peas all tossed together with lots of chopped fresh dill on top.
