Marqués de Valdueza Holm Oak Honey

Unlike traditional honey made from floral nectar, Holm Oak Honey is produced from the sweet sap of acorns from the Ávila oak trees on the Marqués de Valdueza estate. This rare honey is sweet, but also offers a unique complexity that’s floral, malty, toasty and nutty all at once. Luxuriously thick, Holm Oak Honey is richer than your typical honey with very slow crystallization. Swipe it over toast, serve with bold cheese or whisk it into a glaze for roasted meat and vegetables.
