Fresh and Great Almond Taste

I was very impressed when opening my delivery box and seeing that these almonds still had a lot of their natural oil on them. This is a good sign of freshness and care by Market Hall Foods and Mitica, the producer. They are amazing. I used them to make Claire Soffitz's Marcona Almond Cookies recipe. What a piece of heaven! I have purchased Marcona almonds from other sources. Non have been as fresh and tasteful as these.
