Agrimontana Candied Lemon Peel Cubes

I make fruitcakes every year, and the hardest part is finding good fruit, with good texture and flavor. Market Hall has the best fruit I’ve been able to find.

Peel tasted fresh and worked well in the cookie.

The Candied Lemon Peel Cubes from Agrimontana are excellent! Tender and juicy and perfect for my baking - though I often want to sneak a few in my mouth. Same goes for the orange ones!

Love being able to get traditionally candied fruits (no corn syrup!) both for holiday baking & year round.

This product works nicely for scones and fruitcake because they are already cut in cube shape. The scones and fruits cake taste good with lemon flavor.
