Located in Oakland, California, Wooden Table Baking Co. is owned and operated by Head Baker, Andrés. Growing up outside of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andrés learned to cook from their grandmother, making ravioli, gnochi, tarts and more at their family's wooden table—later inspiring their company's namesake. Today, Wooden Table honors their family's heritage by making everything from scratch, just like grandma did.
