There are balsamic vinegars which fail to meet the standards of the Consorzio Produttori di Modena, and then there are those which do not attempt to meet them. This 3 year aged balsamic vinegar is intended to be used in different ways then the Tradizionale, and is therefore not presented to the Consorzio. With a sweet, tart flavor of ripe fruits, this vinegar is suitable for salads and sauces, but fine enough to use for finishing.

Get the BIG bottle!

This is a delicious balsamic and a great value, especially if you buy the big bottle. I just use a wine stopper to reseal it after the cork comes out. With summer here, I will be reaching for it daily and enjoying it in dressings, on veggies, meats, etc.

The BEST balsamic

Over the years, I've tried many different balsamics, with both lower and higher price points than the Leonardi, but I think this is truly the best balsamic vinegar out there. Trust me and buy the larger bottle, you won't be sorry!
