These candied lemon peel strips are made with lemon peel, sugar and glucose. That's it! No corn syrup, no sulfur and no citric acid.

These shiny strips of natural candied lemon peel taste delicious and look beautiful as a decoration for cakes and candies. Use them to adorn a citrus cake or lemon meringue pie, or try candied lemon peel with toasted almonds as a topping for homemade chocolate bark to serve at a party or give as gifts. Candied peels dipped in dark chocolate are another simple and lovely present. Skewered with a toothpick and balanced across a glass, candied lemon peels also make a special cocktail garnish.

Moist and fragrant candied peel

I was happy to receive the candied peel. I use them in fruitcake. Few years ago I bought some from a royal flour co, and was disappointed because they were very dry little nuggets. The strips from Agrimontana are easy to chop into a fine dice. I will buy these again.


I love orange and lemon peels--they are wonderful in baked goods and are a great complement to a cheese plate with charcuterie and nuts. Personally, I can eat the peels on its own! The lemon is delicious and bright, such a perfect, fragrant flavor--I actually like this more than the orange peels and I have to say I also really like the orange peels a lot! Excellent quality and beautifully cut into uniform strips.

Worth The Price!

Ingredients matter and I was delighted to receive these amazing peels. I bought both the lemon and orange peel. The obvious use is in baking but these are so good I can see them in many different things. The citrus is very bright and the texture is excellent. Another bonus is the strips are very consistently cut which is critical for plating consistency. Highly recommended.

Can't bake without this!

I buy large quanities of the candied lemon and orange peel for baking. It keeps forever and adds the most amazing flavor to biscotti, shortbread and oatmeal cookies and is amazing in homemade chutney's. It's one of those " mystery ingredients" that family and friends say make a difference.
