Thursday Cottage Brandy Butter

Made with butter and sugar blended with Courvoisier V.S. Cognac, brandy butter is traditionally heated and poured over Christmas Pudding. We can imagine a little brandy butter drizzled over pancakes, gingerbread or bread pudding would be quite lovely, as well.
