This box includes three variations of French butter cookies made in the classic Breton tradition: thin biscuits (galettes), thick biscuits (palets) and rolled biscuits (cigarettes). Thanks to their high butter content (a whopping 22%), these crisp cookies melt in your mouth. The thin biscuits are similar to shortbread cookies but are even more buttery, the thick biscuits are light and crumbly, and the rolled biscuits are delicate and wafer-thin. Enjoy with coffee or tea.
About the producer
