Doucet team harvests each clementine at peak ripeness and cooks the pulp in large copper cauldrons with sugar and just a touch of pectin. Perfect Clementine flavor.

I love all the Doucet Pates de Fruits. The flavor of each of different fruits, and the honey, is rich, deep --- no artificial flavor, just the flavor of the fruit. These are the best Pates de Fruits, no other brand comes close.
