F. Doucet Clementine Pâtes de Fruits

F. Doucet is famous for their pâtes de fruits, the sugar-dusted fruit jellies originating in the Provence region of southern France. The F. Doucet team harvests each clementine at peak ripeness and cooks the pulp in large copper cauldrons with sugar and just a touch of pectin. The result is a soft, exquisite jelly packed with the sweet, tart and juicy flavor of winter citrus.
