Sensational

There is no comparison between these seeds and other fennel seeds. I use them on seared salmon, pork, in salsa di pomodoro, lentil soup, on and on. Their flavor is astonishing—Sicily’s gorgeousness leaps onto your plate when you season with them. Please don’t ever stop carrying them!

Amazing fennel seeds

As soon as you unscrew the top and sniff, you are transported to a fragrant fennel field ( is there such a thing? ). This fennel is the most aromatic and tasty that I have found -- it instantly upgrades any dish to which you add it . Amazing flavor in soups, stews, tomato sauce... highly recommend!
