I bought the Porcini Blend Polenta quite a while ago. It sat in my pantry for a while. I avoided reaching for it, because of the length of time it takes to cook. When I finally did make it, the flavor and texture won me over. Yes it's time consuming to make, but so worth the effort. Definitely an item to keep on hand, especially when you want outstanding, quality polenta.
