I ordered it because it was available on your website. It arrived in a timely manner and was fine.
The farro tastes great. My only question is whether this is "whole" farro instead of "pearled" farro. Whole farro is supposed to be soaked overnight before cooking. I cook this Rustichella farro for 20 min, without any soaking, and is perfect. That doesn't sound "whole" to me.

The minimal pearling makes it more nutritious and it’s hard to find unpearled farro. This product fits the bill.
