And the flavor is a world apart. The seas off the northwest coast of France do all the work here. Grey Salt is the salt from the seawater itself. Since the salt is simply harvested and packaged, a level of moisture is locked in and the flavor of the sea is further intensified. The taste is beyond simply salty, redolent of sea water and foam.
