Maldon Sea Salt is wonderful! It is my husband's favorite seasoning. We keep it in a lidded container with a tiny salt spoon inside right on our counter top. This salt is flaky & tender with a great flavor. We use it more as a finishing salt, not so much for cooking.

It is so amazing how much more flavor a fabulous salt can bring to your food, it this one is one of my favorites:)

This salt is just "fun!" The large, crunchy yet easily dissolved crystals are great for topping breads, vegetables, and meat. The flavor is very clean.
