Burlap & Barrel Limestone Rosemary

Burlap & Barrel’s super aromatic rosemary is organically grown by a farming cooperative in Provence, France. It’s one of the four herbs that make up their authentic Herbes de Provence. This rosemary’s concentrated pine-like and citrusy brightness is owed in part to the limestone-rich soils of Provence.

A great alternative for when you don’t have fresh rosemary on-hand, Limestone Rosemary adds the herb’s singular flavor to braises, soups and stews. Toss dried rosemary into pots of simmering beans or mince it with lemon and garlic to rub over chicken or pork loin before popping in the oven.
