An incredibly well-balanced organic Italian extra virgin olive oil with soft notes of sweet butter, a subtle nuttiness, notes of green olives and a gentle building peppery heat in the finish. A mild to medium intensity oil.
How to use
This food-friendly olive oil elevates whatever you pour it on into something extraordinary—drizzle over a plate of citrus segments, sliced tomatoes topped with basil or simply steamed romanesco or cavalo nero (Tuscan kale). It would be equally delicious poured liberally over a baked potato and topped with crunchy crystals of Maldon Sea Salt.
About the Producer
Filippo Bonacossi, son of the Count Uno and Countess Lisa Contini Bonacossi (owners of Tenuta di Capezzana), supervises the groves of 5 different olives grown on the estate in Tuscany, while the rest of the family handle the business of running a wine and olive oil estate.
