Italian IGP Hazelnuts

Indicazione Geografica Protetta (IGP) is a designation protected by the Italian government, similar to designations such as the PDO for Prosciutto di Parma or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. These IGP-designated hazelnuts come from the Piedmont region of Italy and are roasted to unlock their rich, toasty flavor.
