For four generations, the Leonardi family has been making this highly prized elixir using traditional methods like cooking the Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape must in a copper cauldron and using special wooden barrels for aging. The result is a perfectly balanced “black liquid gold” worthy of the name balsamico.

You need very little. Sweeter than traditional balsamic.
We loved this Balsamico; my gourmet cook children are requesting it as a gift. It's full-bodied, without the bite you often get with Balsamics. Wonderful to dress a salad or vegetable, though I recently loved it in lentil soup. I'll be ordering again.
