This EVOO blend uses organically grown frantoio, leccino and pendolino olives from Yolo County, California. Featuring bold notes of artichoke and woody herbs like thyme and oregano, this robust olive oil is made for pairing with rich meats, hearty legumes and dark, leafy greens. Drizzle over roasted lamb, lentil stews, massaged kale salads or any dish with strong, assertive flavors.
Meet the Miller: Pablo Voitzuk
Pablo Voitzuk is an internationally recognized olive miller, taster and consultant. When he’s not milling high-quality olive oils, Pablo is training importers, chefs, restaurateurs and specialty food retailers on their oil selections. The Market Hall Foods team meets with him regularly throughout the year to taste the olive oils we sell and learn about new oils from around the world.
