Italian Pasta is the best

I buy this pasta on repeat all the time because I have found it works so well and tastes amazing. I haven't eaten wheat past in a very long time so cannot in all honesty compare it to regular pasta, but compared to many other rice pastas, this one stands out.

The Closest textural match to traditional pasta

I purchased this as a test for my SO. They're GF and love pasta. It has very close bite and mouth feel to traditional pasta, and it holds a sauce well. I would recommend this!
