Fleur de Sel is sea salt in its purest form—skimmed delicately from the surface of coastal waters. It melts on the tongue almost instantly, making it the ideal finishing salt for dishes where clean, bright flavor matters most. Scatter it over slices of grilled ribeye, freshly seared scallops, or a crisp green salad just before serving.
