Imagine one of your favorite childhood sweet—you know, the one with peanut butter and chocolate—all grown up with a delicately crunchy, caramelized interior. To make these irresistible cups, Feve combines slivers of crisp brûléed sugar with almond, hazelnut and peanut butters and encases them in premium milk and dark chocolate. 

About the producer

Feve was created by founder Shawn Williams just over a decade ago in San Francisco, California. Shawn's expertise in chocolate stems from his work as the Admiral’s chef in the Navy, pastry chef at Michelin-starred La Folie, and apprentice to noted Chocolatier Ewald Notter. Known for their out-of-the-box flavor combinations and amazing chocolates, Feve has garnered several Good Food Awards in the Confections category. 

In addition to a passion for making exceptional and innovative chocolates, Shawn and the folks at Feve also are dedicated to working work with cacao farmers who are paid fairly and significantly more for their product than is set by Fair Trade organizations. In addition, they give a portion of our net profit as micro-loans to improve the lives of farmers involved in the cocoa trade. Feve only uses premium non-GMO quality chocolate.

Melted!!

After freezing the brûlée cups, they seemed to taste terrific??!! Unfortunately, because the two other items sent were not perishable, there was not any icing material in the package and the cups melted.
Really enjoy purchasing from Market Hall and will continue to do so very happily!! However, you should alert customers that chocolate, etc. needs special packaging at this time of year!!
