Each year Katz Organic Chef's Pick Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made a from a different blend of olives organically grown on the Rock Hill Ranch estate in Suisun Valley, California. Their current 2024 harvest is a blend of Taggiasca, Casaliva and Favolosa olives that shows notes of green almond and tomato leaf with a delicate spiciness and mild bitterness.
