French Candied Whole Clementine
Bright orange, glistening and plump, these candied clementines are just as dazzling on the palate as they are on the plate. Clementines grown on the Mediterranean island of Corisca are candied whole to preserve their tangerine-like flavor. Cut in half to reveal a sweet, citrusy center with a jammy, yet supple consistency. Dice and mix into batter for cakes and scones or use as a garnish for chocolate desserts and cheese plates.
