Inspired by Tuscan field blends, but made in Northern California's Sonoma County, Olive Truck's 2023 Tuscan Blend features three Italian olive cultivars: Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Rich with notes of green apple, artichoke and eucalyptus, this olive oil is versatile enough for both cooking and finishing. A medium intensity oil.

About the producer

To make great extra virgin olive oil, olives must be milled immediately after harvest. But olive mills are not always nearby olive groves, sometimes requiring the fruit to travel great distances before processing. Sam Bayraktar encountered this very issue when trying to achieve high-quality olive oils in his native Turkey. This inspired Sam to develop what would become Olive Truck—a mobile mill bringing the equipment to the grove instead of the other way around. After finding success in Turkey, Sam brought his olive truck—outfitted with state-of-the-art technology—to California. Now, Olive Truck is able to travel to the far reaches of the state to mill diverse cultivars and produce unique extra virgin olive oils.

Perfectly Balanced Olive Oil

The premise of this olive oil is that it is pressed right in the field, so no olives were harmed in the transport of this olive oil. It does make a difference. We use this in salads, as a finishing oil, or as a dip. Super fresh and fantastic taste!
