Delicate to medium in intensity, this bottle is a ideal for finishing all kinds of dishes. The aroma and palate is alive with notes of tomato vine, grass and almond, while a slight bitterness leads into a lingering spiciness.
Since 1624, the Álvarez de Toledo family has produced beloved olive oils on their Perales de Valdueza estate in Extremadura, Spain. They specialize in Morisca, Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca olive varieties, all of which are carefully farmed, milled and bottled directly on the family estate.

A great finishing oil, it shines drizzled over grilled vegetables and poached seafood. During summer, we use it as a garnish for refreshing gazpacho. This extra virgin olive oil also makes a wonderful dipping oil with a sprinkling of spices, like dukkah or za'atar.
Marqués de Valdueza extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives grown on the Álvarez de Toledo family estate, 'Perales de Miraflores', near the town of Merida in Extremadura, Spain. Bottled to order, Marqués de Valdueza olive oil is processed in the mill located directly on the estate, ensuring the freshest possible product.
