Best I've eaten

When wanting pasta with more protein and less carbohydrate this is company excels l. I've tried 3 or 4 others over the years, but once I found this brand, it's the one I want. The quality of the ingredients, the taste, and the texture all combine to be the winner for me. (Also Pea, Buckwheat, Farro, Heirloom wheat options- I applaud this complay.)
