Highwire Conscientious Objector Coffee Beans

Certified Fair Trade and Organic coffees blended to deliver full flavor and balance. We've been enjoying this coffee at a slightly lighter roast than most of our blends, as it highlights the crisp, bright and sweet tones and leaves a satisfyingly clean finish. It features coffee from Guatemala, Ethiopia and Sumatra. The combination of these three coffees lifts the cup to something more than the sum of its parts. This blend will change seasonally as new certified coffees become available.

Highwire Coffee Roasters is one of the shops in Oakland's Rockridge Market Hall. Highwire was founded in 2011 by three friends with the simple goal of buying, roasting and blending coffees that they love and sharing these with the community. Combined, the founders have over 55 years of coffee and tea experience. Highwire Coffee is meticulously sourced and roasted to bring balance between the body of a big cup and the subtleties of its origin.
