Great quality product to use in baking!
Only place I have found Angelica. Use it in 1779 recipes of Martha Washington's, works great. Will purchase from here again along with other things needed for that time period.
Delicious and tasted like candied
angelica, not like some little piece of colored rubber like I usually find.
Was meant for a Sicilian ricotta cheesecake, so I
bought extra lots just as candy for myself!!!
The Candied Angelica was perfect. Wish I had been able to order a half-pound bag, but the one pound bag arrived especially well packaged.
I use it when making traditional stollen for my family and friends. The current selection of candied fruit is all citrus based and the angelica adds the base notes.
