Italian Lemon Olive Oil Made with the Whole Citrus

The crisp freshness of Agrumato Lemon Olive Oil is achieved by a unique whole-fruit crushing process, which cannot be duplicated by the more common infusion method of other citrus flavored oils. Whole lemons are pressed with the olives—capturing the citrus' essential oils in the resulting olive oil—for bright, vivacious condiment full of pure lemon flavor.

Please note: only the 200ml bottle of the Agrumato Lemon Olive Oil arrives with a cork pour spout.

How to use

Agrumato Lemon Olive Oil's crisp, clean citrus flavor pairs beautifully with fish and seafood. It is stunning as a garnish for scallop crudo, poached fish or grilled shrimp. For an easy appetizer, top slices of grilled bread with flaked Cod Fillets in Olive Oil, a drizzle of Agrumato Lemon Olive Oil and a spritz of fresh lemon juice for a touch of acidity. Try our our new staff favorite Agrumato Blood Orange!

Award-winning taste

Agrumato Lemon Olive Oil took home an award in the Flavored Category at the 2019 Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition: a Silver Medal. Plus Agrumato Tangerine Olive Oil won Bronze in the same category. 

About the producer

On the eastern coast of Italy, where soft sand meets the rolling waves of the Adriatic Sea, Lino and Francesco Ricci of Esperidia create an extraordinary product usually reserved for friends and family. At the end of each olive harvest, fresh, whole citrus fruits are cold-pressed with the olives marrying the two fruits' essential oils. This simultaneous pressing bestows an entirely different taste experience from that of olive oils with citrus essence added prior to bottling.

crazy for this!

I have been using this wonderful product for several years but find it to be outstanding when used in yeasted sweet doughs that call for vegetable oil or butter. This oil is more than a cut above. The fragrance and flavor it adds to sweet dough is "swoonable"! Love it.

Amazing Oil

I have used many different lemon oils over the years. I finally gave up and started doing my own infusion because I wanted a natural product without artificial flavors or concentrates. I got my Agrumato today and I can say I have found a lemon oil that is vastly better than any one I have ever tried including my own. It is a happy day when I can make a permanent add to my pantry. This lemon oil is a category of one.

Crazy good

This stuff is crazy good on just about any vegetable. And it doesn't take much. If you don't have a desire use a lot of energy to suss up something just steam the veg. and sprinkle a bit of this before serving.

Agrumato Citrus Oils are Unique

Of the many products we have bought many from Market Hall, this is what we return for most often. The crisp, fresh taste of the lemon oil (our favorite) makes an ordinary dish bright with flavor. People ask, "What makes this salad so different? What did you do to the chicken, fish, or even hummos?" Such a simple change, but so subtle and very different from any of the imitations we have tried. The oils also make great and reasonable presents for other food lovers.
