Great cheese raviolis and fresh gluten free pasta!!

We ordered raviolis and the spinach gluten free pasta for Christmas Eve dinner this year. The order shipped overnight, arrived still frozen and ready to cook! The cheese raviolis were awesome! The entire family loved them! I’m gluten intolerant so I ordered the spinach pasta for myself… I’ve got to tell ya, it’s hard to find a GOOD gluten free pasta, especially fresh. Well, this one did the job! It was soooo delicious! Thank you Market Hall Foods for delivering! We will definitely order again!!!

Perfect Cheese Ravioli

I searched long and hard for a simple cheese ravioli that would have the perfect mix of ricotta based cheese filling surrounded by a dough that held up well without being too floppy or have lots of terrible binders. This is it. They cook up in about 6 minutes. They can take any number of sauces or just be great with a little butter and salt and pepper. Plus, you can freeze them for later, though they have a tendency to stick together when you do (I let them sit out for 10-15 minutes before they go in the water so they are easier to coax away from each other). For my family, the 12oz package is enough for the side dish for 3 people.
