Founded nearly 30 years ago after founder Darren Clifford received his first hive at age 14, Taylor Pass Honey Co is based on New Zealand’s South Island and specializes in terroir-driven, monofloral honeys—including prized UMF Manuka. Working closely with beekeepers and landowners, they use RMP-accredited, state-of-the-art extraction to keep their honey exceptionally pure. Each jar reflects the distinct landscapes of the South Island, from Central Otago’s alpine clover fields to the manuka-rich Marlborough Sounds, Nelson Lakes National Park, and Awatere Valley.
